Each owner will assess their property, learn about zoning, design, construction cost and lean on professional experts and their ADU advisor.
In 60 Days together we will:

Assist you to make a financial plan
Present a conceptual design
Plan the next steps to Design and Build your ADU
THE CLUB: Because you have opted for the SPRINT60 Cohort you are part of the Club and can take advantage of the online courses and learn from our community members.
MEETNGS: You will meet weekly with your Cohort and have milestone one-on-one calls with your advisor to get to the right answer.
INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE: Designed for individual attention, the Cohort will be less than 25 owners. If you and a neighbor want to do it together, even better.
PRIVACY MATTERS: Sensitive questions and concerns will be completed always on a one-on-one basis.
DISCOUNTS: Those who join the Founding Cohort or join during an in-person session will receive a discount.
